The Lady Tigers got off to a quick start in their first round district game Saturday against Newtown-Harris. Brashear was up 12-1 after one quarter and 33-7 at halftime. Newtown-Harris never threatened as Brashear pulled away for a 53-14 win to advance to the district semi-finals.
